Wisemation is operated by Markeodigital, business ID 2882675-2, Jääkärinkatu 3 A 5, 00150 Helsinki, Finland. For your account and our website, we are the data controller. For the prospect data we source and process on our customers’ instructions, the customer is the controller and we act as processor (see section 4).

We use account, workspace, and billing data to provide the Service you signed up for (performance of a contract); error logs and security measures to keep the Service safe (legitimate interest); analytics to understand and improve the product (consent); and your email address to send transactional messages like sign-in codes and lead notifications (performance of a contract). We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data to train AI models.

When you run a search, we collect publicly available business information about people who match your target profile: name, role, employer, business contact details, company website content, and public professional profile information. We verify, enrich, and use it to draft outreach on your instructions. For this data, you (our customer) are the controller and we are your processor under our Data Processing Agreement.If you have received an email through Wisemation and want your data removed, contact the sender or email us at hello@wisemation.com — we will delete your data and add you to a suppression list so you are not contacted again through our platform.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers that run the Service for us — hosting, database, payments, AI text generation, email verification, and delivery. The full list, with what each provider does, is on our Sub-processors page. We also disclose data where required by law.

Some of our providers are based in the United States. Where personal data leaves the EEA, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to each provider.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your account and workspace data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep specific records (for example invoices) longer. Suppression entries are kept so that opt-outs stay effective.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted on a least-privilege basis, and we use established cloud providers with independently audited security programs. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies only with your consent. Details, including how to change your choice at any time, are in our Cookie Policy.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@wisemation.com and we will respond within one month. You can also delete your account yourself from Settings. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to your supervisory authority — in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Wisemation is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do, and notify you of material changes.
