Terms of Service

Wisemation finds potential customers for your business. You describe who you want to reach; we search for matching companies and people, verify contact details, research each company, and draft outreach emails for your review. Sending is optional and happens through email accounts or sending tools you connect. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use it.

Wisemation offers a free plan and paid plans billed through Stripe. Paid plans include a monthly allowance of credits; a credit is consumed when we deliver a lead that matches what you asked for. Unused one-off top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. Prices are shown before you subscribe and exclude VAT where applicable. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will give you notice before any change to fees.

You are the sender of every message you send through or with the help of the Service, and you are responsible for it. You agree to: (a) comply with the marketing, anti-spam, and data-protection laws that apply to you and your recipients (including the GDPR and ePrivacy rules in the EU, and laws such as CAN-SPAM elsewhere); (b) honor opt-outs and keep suppressed contacts suppressed; (c) not send deceptive, harassing, or unlawful content; and (d) not scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service outside your own outreach. We may suspend accounts whose sending threatens deliverability or breaks these rules.

You keep ownership of the data you upload and the messages created for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf, and you confirm you have the right to use any contact data you bring. Where we process prospect data on your instructions, our Data Processing Agreement applies.

Research summaries and email drafts are generated by AI. They can contain mistakes. Review every message before it is sent — what you send is your decision and your responsibility.

If you connect third-party accounts or tools (for example your email sending tool or Gmail), your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Except as expressly stated in our Refund policy, we do not guarantee that leads, contact details, or generated messages are accurate, complete, or will produce any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisemation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, after notice where practicable. On termination, your access ends and we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless mandatory law gives you the right to another forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
