Wisemation helps you find and reach potential customers. We provide the Service on an "as is" basis and may add, change, or remove features over time.

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it — no spam, harassment, or activity that breaks applicable anti-spam, privacy, or marketing laws. You are responsible for the outreach you choose to send.

You keep ownership of the data you upload and the messages you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you, and you confirm you have the right to use the contact data you bring.

Wisemation is currently offered during a founder pilot. Paid plans may be introduced later — we'll give you notice before charging for features you use.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that leads, contact details, or generated messages are accurate, complete, or will produce any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisemation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
