Refund Policy

Wisemation bills for the leads you keep. When a lead does not work out, you get the credit back so you can spend it on another lead. We do not send money back for subscription payments or credit top-ups.

On a paid plan, any lead you receive can be marked Not a fit. Pick a reason (not my ICP, wrong role, too small, already a customer, bad data) or write your own, and the credit goes straight back to your balance. The lead is removed either way. The credit only comes back when you tell us why, because that reason is what makes your next search better. The 10 free leads cost nothing, so there is no credit to give back.

Free credit-backs are for genuine mismatches, not for re-rolling a search to farm extra leads. Each campaign has an allowance: five refunded skips, or 30% of the leads delivered in that campaign, whichever is higher. Past the allowance you can still remove leads and we still record your reason, but the credit stays spent.

You can change plan or cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund a billing period that has already started.

One-off credit top-ups stay in your account while it is active and do not expire. They are not exchangeable for cash, and unused credits are not paid out if you cancel or delete your account.

If we charge you in error, charge you twice, or bill you after you cancelled, email hello@wisemation.com from the address on the account and we will correct it at the source. We respond within 5 business days. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory law where you live or trade.
