Refund Policy
"Results or your month back." This page is that promise, written down.
1. The promise
You pay Wisemation to deliver leads that match the target you described. If a paid month doesn’t deliver that, you shouldn’t pay for it.
2. When a month qualifies
A billing month qualifies for a refund if the leads delivered that month clearly don’t match the target profile you set — wrong kind of company, wrong roles, or contact details that don’t work. Tell us what was off; we’ll look at the month together and if we can’t stand behind it, we refund it.
3. How to request one
Email hello@wisemation.com within 14 days of the end of the billing month, from the email address on the account. Include the campaign and what didn’t match. We respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
4. What it covers
The refund covers the subscription fee for the month in question. One-off credit top-ups are refundable as long as the credits are unused. The free plan has nothing to refund.
5. Fair use
The promise assumes a reasonable target — one that real companies and people can match. It doesn’t cover months where delivered leads were used in outreach and simply didn’t reply; reply rates depend on your offer and message, not only on the leads.
6. Cancelling
Separately from refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
