Sub-processors

We use third-party service providers across the following categories: infrastructure and hosting, authentication, payments, AI-assisted processing, data enrichment, and communications. Each one processes data only to provide its service to us, under a data processing agreement.

Several of these providers are based in the United States; our analytics data is hosted in the EU. Where personal data leaves the EEA, transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to each provider. Contact us for current data-residency details for any specific provider.

When we add or replace a sub-processor that handles personal data, we notify account owners by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, so you can object as described in the DPA.
