What ZoomInfo is genuinely good at
Nobody has better B2B data. Direct dials that connect, org charts that show who reports to whom, intent signals that tell you an account is researching your category before they ever fill in a form, and coverage deep enough that enterprise teams build territory plans on it. Add Chorus for call recording and the platform covers a lot of ground.
If you have a sales organisation big enough that data quality compounds across dozens of reps, that price is defensible and we would not argue with it.
Why most teams bounce off it
The buying process is the first wall. There is no price on the page, six product lines to be steered between, and a form before a number. For a two-person company evaluating options on a Tuesday evening, that is where it ends.
The second wall is that ZoomInfo gives you better raw material for a job you still have to do. Knowing an account is in-market does not write the email. If the constraint is hours rather than data, a deeper database makes the pile bigger, not smaller.
What Wisemation does instead
You write one sentence about who you sell to. Wisemation finds people who match, researches each company and person, decides whether they genuinely fit, and writes the email from what it found. It sends from your own inbox with follow-ups, and runs LinkedIn on paid plans.
Addresses are checked live against the server that would receive them, and anything that would bounce is dropped before it counts against your month. That protects the thing you cannot buy back: one spamtrap hit can blacklist your sending domain, and a few percent bounce rate sends the rest of your mail to spam, including mail to people who already know you.
The whole thing is self-serve. Ten leads free, no card, no call. If it does not produce emails you would put your name on, you close the tab.
What each one costs
ZoomInfo does not publish prices. Their pricing page lists six plans, ZoomInfo Professional, Copilot Advanced, Copilot Enterprise, Marketing Demand, ABM Lite and ABM Enterprise, each behind a form or a demo request, on annual terms.
Wisemation publishes everything: free for 10 leads, then €39 a month for 100 leads, and the whole team is included, up to €399 a month for 2,000. Monthly, cancel whenever, no per-seat charge, and more volume is a conversation rather than a different product.
Where Wisemation is the wrong tool
No org charts and no intent data. Phone numbers are coming but are not here yet, so if your motion depends on calling people today, or on knowing which accounts are in-market, Wisemation does not replace ZoomInfo and nothing on this page should suggest it does.
