Use Wisemation in Claude and ChatGPT

The address

Every chat app asks for the same address: https://wisemation.com/api/mcp. You sign in with your Wisemation account and press Allow. Nothing else to set up.

Claude

Works on every Claude plan. Open Customize, then Connectors, then Add, then Add custom connector. Paste the address and save.

Click Connect, sign in to Wisemation and press Allow. Then start a new chat and ask for the people you want.

ChatGPT

Needs a paid ChatGPT plan. Open Plugins, then Add, then Create MCP App. Give it a name, paste the address and pick OAuth as the authentication.

Tick the box that confirms you want to continue, create it, sign in to Wisemation and press Allow. In a new chat, type @Wisemation and your ask.

Claude Code

Run this line in your terminal: claude mcp add --transport http wisemation https://wisemation.com/api/mcp. Add --scope user to have it in all your projects.

In Claude Code, type /mcp, pick wisemation and choose Authenticate. Sign in in the browser and press Allow. If you already added Wisemation in Claude on the web, Claude Code has it too.

What to ask

Find 10 heads of HR at staffing companies in Finland with 20 to 200 employees.

Write a first email and two follow-ups for each of them, then prepare the send.

Your chat asks how many people you want before it plans anything. One person is one credit, and the number must fit the credits you have left. Your chat app asks you before it starts a search, unless you set that action to always allowed in its settings.

What it does

Your chat plans the search, starts it, and tells you how it goes while it runs. It shows the people with the reason each one fits, and the full research on anyone you ask about. It gives you a file of the people to download, and the link works for 10 minutes.

Your chat writes the first email and the follow-ups. Wisemation checks each email before it is saved, the same checks our own writer passes.

What it never does

Nothing is sent from the chat. When the emails are ready, your chat gives you a link, and you confirm the send on wisemation.com, from your own inbox.

It does not read your other chats, your memory or your files. It only sees what your chat sends to it for the task you asked for.

Your data

The facts about the people we find are shown to the chat app you connected. Your chat provider processes them under its own terms, which may be outside the EU. We keep a short log of each call (which action, when, and whether it worked) to run the service and to stop abuse. Our full privacy policy applies.

Disconnect

Open Settings, then Connections in Wisemation and press Disconnect next to the chat app. It stops working at once. You can also remove Wisemation in the settings of your chat app.

Something does not work

After an update, your chat app may not see a new action until you refresh it. In Claude: Customize, Connectors, Wisemation, the three dots, Refresh tools list. In ChatGPT: Plugins, Wisemation, the three dots, Manage, Refresh tools. Then start a new chat.

If your chat says the connector is not linked to a workspace, remove it in your chat app and connect again. Still stuck? Write to hello@wisemation.com.
